Coaching

It is so easy to work with me as a coaching client.  The hard part about marketing is that you don't know how to do it and there isn't anyone to teach you how to do it.  That is my job.  My process is simple and you will save money and improve your bottom line by using my services.

Step One
Sign up and decide you are ready to make a change in your business.  But, just like a personal trainer at the gym, I teach you how to do it and you do the heavy lifting.  The biggest challenge for most folks is just doing it and of course you need some guidance to get the best results.  My head is filled with all kinds of resources for small businesses to market their business for low cost or free you will be blow away.
Step Two
We make a plan.  I will take you through at 12 step process that takes place over 3 months and at the end of the 3 months you will have a plan to market your business.  We will still need to measure the plan.  As a client of mine you also get access to some pretty great tools, including AdSymetrix, the marketing measurement platform, because I am all about ROI.
Step Three
We watch your plan work over the next three months and make adjustments as needed.  By the time we are done working together you will be an expert marketer.  Well an expert at marketing your business anyway.  You will also have access to ongoing education and training as needed or just checking in if that is what you need.

“My passion is not for marketing. It’s for fiction writing, for story-telling, and for working as a teacher and coach to aspiring writers. As a small business owner, marketing is a necessity. Once I have a customer I know how to deliver so they come back for more. But how, I used to ask, does one get new customers? Everything I now know about effective marketing I’ve learned from Rick Rochon. His business-generating and sustaining advice has worked to fill my classes and has also resulted in clearer communication with my target client. His passion for effective marketing allows me to live mine.”--Matthew Clark Davison
